My Big MenoRocks Blueprint program is designed for the woman who needs support getting started on her health journey by cutting through all of the confusion and lack of knowledge about what is happening to her body. This is a trying time, we may barely recognize ourselves and what is happening to us.
Together, we will focus on the lifestyle habits and nutrition inclusions (at your pace) needed to move big rocks and get your hormones working with you instead of against you. We will start with the foundational pillars to acheive goals (hint: it's not perfection, tons of cardio, willpower, starvation, trying harder, or motivation). In this process, we will also focus on mindset shifts that will keep you on track for the long term (another hint: we are not either on track or off track).
What's included in your Program
There is never a good time to start. There will always be a vacation, a holiday, stressful family time, busy work project, you name it. The Big Rocks program will focus on learning how to use the volume dial to navigate these times so that you can support your health in order to manage your stress, and still enjoy activities in the process.

I fully understand the feeling of not making progress when you've tried everything and nothing is working. Having hypothyroidism due to autoimmune Hashimoto's thyroiditis, I tried a lot of things and blamed my thyroid for not feeling well and thinking I was stuck where I was because of it.
