Personalized Mini Nutrition Session with InBody Scan

You may be hesitant to commit and thinking to yourself, "I can probably figure this out on my own”. Sure, but how has that been working so far?

So let's be real, spending months on a random nutrition plan or stupid diet that doesn't work for lifelong results wastes way more time than what we'd do together to get you clarity during the mini session or lifelong results in just a few short months of coaching.

It's time to stop throwing darts randomly at the dartboard and missing the target! Invest in your health and seek expert advice so you can hit your target.

Nothing changes if nothing changes. But you do not need to make drastic changes to get the results you want, and that overwhelming dread of change is what stops people from achieving their goals. The purpose of this session is to help you narrow down that focus and get recommendations on how to kickstart your journey so that you start to see changes once and for all.

How the InBody works: The InBody body composition analyzer uses bioelectrical impedance to determine your biocomposition relative to total water, muscle mass, body fat. This assesment provides body fat %, BMI, relative muscle balance, and basal metabolic rate (BMR), which can all be used to help determine your daily caloric needs for your own personal goals. In addition, the data can be used to more accurately identify where your areas of focus should be since focusing on the # on the scale (your weight) is not the best way to determine your goal.

What to Expect AFTER you pay for your Consult:

You will receive a current lifestyle and nutrition questionnaire via email to complete prior to our session.

We will schedule your session.

What's Included in the 45 minute session:

Explanation of your personalize InBody Results and how to use it to target goals

Identify what may be holding you back in your current routine and habits

Create your personalized blueprint & identify the key habit changes that can kickstart results

Location/Scheduling:

Cream City CrossFit, 2715 S. Gladstone Pl., Milwaukee, WI 53207

Sessions are scheduled early in the morning (generally between 7-9a) on Saturday or Sunday. You will need to fast in the morning after you wake up, and you should not exercise prior to the session. Wear clothes you want to be weighed in.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule, please contact me 24 hours prior. NO SHOWS/NO CANCELLATION and cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, will forfeit your session and not result in a refund. To reschedule, you will need to pay for another session.

Nutrition Coaching:

If you decide you want to proceed with nutrition coaching after your consult, you will receive $35 off when you sign up within 30 days.
